Frequently Asked Questions

How can FastTrackAI™ help me?

FastTrackAI™ streamlines your operations, saving time and money for your small business every day. By helping to automate routine tasks, you can free up your schedule and spend more time on what really matters.

Is it hard to use?

No, FastTrackAI™ uses "on device AI" on mobile apps, so it's quick and easy. Just download and install from the Apple App Store, and you'll be up and running in minutes. You don't need any tech experience. Just turn it on and run.

Can I try it out before I decide?

Of course! We're offering a free trial, so if you don't love it, just cancel and it won't cost you a dime. After the free trial period, you can sign up for a Monthly or Annual subscription. If you're still not sure, you can start out on a Monthly plan. We've priced it low to make it an easy decision.

Does it replace my existing CRM software?

No, FastTrackAI™ complements your current tools without replacing them. The mobile app lets you quickly create summaries and reports, and you can share them via text, email, AirDrop, iCloud or DropBox. You don't need to change your current software.

Who can use it?

Our RealEstateAI™ app is intended for real estate agents. We'll introduce other apps to help in other industries in the near future.

Can AI make mistakes?

Yes. Like all AI systems, outputs may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended. It's a productivity tool intended to save you time, but it's not perfect. Please review generated reports carefully and use your own judgment before relying on them.

Does FastTrackAI use my data to train Apple’s Foundation Model?
Is my data kept private on my device?
Does FastTrackAI train its own AI with my data?

Only if you choose to. Our app allows both users and developers to upload sample dictionaries, style guides, and other reference materials in order to customize report generation locally. This helps the AI write in your preferred style.

  • These files remain on your device unless you export or share them.

  • They are not transmitted to Apple or other third parties.

  • They are used only to improve the style of your reports.

Can I delete my data?
  • We may work with service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, support).

  • In case of a business transfer (merger, acquisition, sale), contact information may be part of the transfer.

  • We may share contact info for partnerships or marketing purposes.

  • Your app data and confidential training files stay on your device unless you share them yourself.

Do you share my contact info with others?

No. Your data is not used to train Apple’s models. Apple itself confirms:
“We do not use our users’ private personal data or user interactions when training our foundation models.”
— Apple, Introducing Apple’s On-Device and Server Foundation Models (2024)

Our app leverages Apple’s on-device AI for certain features, but your confidential information is not fed back into Apple’s training systems.

Yes. You can remove uploaded style guides and dictionaries from your device at any time. You may also contact support@fasttrackai.info to request deletion of any personal information we may hold.

Yes. Apple explains: “We protect our users’ privacy with powerful on-device processing and groundbreaking infrastructure like Private Cloud Compute.”
— Apple, Introducing Apple’s On-Device and Server Foundation Models (2024)

Our apps follows this principle: AI processing happens on your device, and your style guides and dictionaries stay under your control.
